Ask an attorney anything.
Type your question below and Nick Garcia — a Georgia trial lawyer since 1993 — will answer it personally. No cost, no commitment, no call center.
About asking a question
Is this really free?
Yes. Asking a question and having an initial consultation costs nothing. If your matter turns into a case the firm handles, the fee arrangement is explained and agreed in writing before any work begins — and many injury and workers’ compensation matters are handled on a contingency fee, meaning no fee unless there is a recovery.
Who actually reads my question?
Nick Garcia does. This is a small firm and questions are not routed to a call center or an intake service that sells leads to other lawyers.
How fast will I hear back?
Usually within one business day. If your matter involves a court date, an arrest or a filing deadline within the next few days, call the office directly rather than waiting on email.
Will asking a question commit me to anything?
No. Sending a question does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not obligate you to hire the firm. That relationship begins only when a written agreement is signed by both of you.
What if my question is embarrassing or complicated?
Ask it anyway. After thirty years there is very little a Georgia lawyer has not already heard, and the questions people are most reluctant to ask are usually the ones that matter most to their case.
What if I am not in Fayette County?
The firm regularly handles matters across Coweta, Clayton, Fulton, Henry and Spalding counties and metro Atlanta. If your matter belongs somewhere else or with a different kind of lawyer, you will be told that honestly.
Would you rather just talk?
